Purchase process and conditions

All orders are sent using the website order system. We do not accept orders by phone, e-mails or fax. To buy a product, you need to add it to your order by clicking on Add button. You can check the order content by clicking on My Cart button. To continue shopping, click on Back to shopping link. When you are through with browsing the products and would like to check out, click on the icon again and then Finish order button. In the end, you need to insert, check and confirm your name and delivery address. After you have checked all details of your order, like products, sizes, quantity, price and personal data, click on the Order / Checkout button. Upon finalizing your order, you will receive a mail on your electronic address. We recommend you to check, keep and/ or print this e-mail. If you would like to cancel your order, please, contact us on the e-mail given in our website. We do not accept order rejection by phone.

In case the products you have ordered are not currently in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and the order will be cancelled. We will inform you by mail for every change in your order status.

We are trying to convey rich and up-to-date information about the products presented in our website. We still reserve the right to make changes on any information and product without preliminary advice. We also try to support the most detailed product images. Nevertheless, in particular cases, there might be slight discrepancies in the colour, or the material of the products, for which we cannot be held responsible.
